Payslips (payment units)

Payslips purchased for Taly Data cannot be resold or transferred to another user of the service.The account will be deactivated 30 days after the expiry date of all Payslips purchased or 30 days after the last Payslip is used.Payslips purchased can be used to generate payslips for any employee in any month in any year.Payslips are only valid and usable for the duration of the Tax year which they are purchased in.

The Service

The service is the website at https://talypayroll.com. We will, at our own discretion, determine the period and level of support, if any, offered with regard to the service and we make no representations and give no warranties, of whatsoever nature, in this regard.

Service availability

Taly Data has the target of keeping the service available for 99% of the time. However, we cannot guarantee this figure, and can only maintain the website and its server(s). The internet connection between your computer and our server is out of our control and so we can only endeavor to keep our servers visible on the internet. We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof), with or without notice to you and you agree that we will not incur any liability, of whatsoever nature, to you for any such occurrence.

Indemnity

The service is provided as is, and Taly Data makes no representation of its suitability for a particular industry or application. The information and calculations on the service are as accurate as possible, but it is the responsibility of the user to verify that the calculations are correct and comply with any and all statutory requirements. We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, complete, timely, secure or error free.
