By default monthly employees accrue sick/annual leave at 1/1.25 day per month, and weekly/fornightly employees at 1/1.25 day per 22 calendar days employed. A: In Firefox 19 there are 2 bugs that could affect payslips printing.
The first is that PDF files are printed with extra headers and footers that are not part of the PDF. These can be disabled by going to the menu (Firefox button) and choosing Print (click the triangle next to print) and then Page setup. Choose the Margins & Header/Footer tab. In the Headers & Footers section, set all dropdowns to --blank--. Click OK to save the settings.
The second is that non English characters do not print correctly. To fix this, you need to disable the internal PDF viewer that came with Firefox 19. Go to the menu (Firefox button) and choose Options. Then click the Applications icon. On the list that appears, look for Portable Document Format (PDF) and change the option to the right of it to be Use Adobe Reader or Save File. Click OK to save the settings.
